3. Purchases, Payments, and Lifetime Access
One-Time Payment: AgePhase operates on a premium, one-time payment model. By paying the stated fee ($9.99 USD), you purchase an "Unlock Code" that grants access to your complete, unmasked lifetime timeline.
Payment Processor: All transactions are processed securely through third-party processors (PayPal). We do not collect or store your payment details.
Lifetime Access Definition: "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the AgePhase platform. As long as the platform remains active and commercially viable, your unlocked profile will remain accessible.
4. Unlock Codes and Cryptographic Binding
To ensure platform security and prevent abuse, AgePhase employs a strict Cryptographic Binding protocol:
Single-Profile Use: Your Unlock Code is designed for a single individual. Upon its first use, the code is permanently cryptographically bound (via SHA-256 hash) to the specific Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and City entered.
Non-Transferable: Once bound, the Unlock Code cannot be transferred to another person, reused for different birth coordinates, or resold. Attempting to bypass this security measure will result in the immediate invalidation of the code without notice.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital, instant, and personalized nature of our service, all sales are final. Once an Unlock Code is generated, dispatched to your email, and/or cryptographically bound to a profile, the service is deemed fully delivered and consumed. We do not offer refunds, partial or in full, for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the algorithmic results or typographical errors made by the user when entering birth coordinates.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The AgePhase platform, including but not limited to its proprietary Solar Calibration Engine, cosmic matrix algorithms, source code, website design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of AgePhase. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its generated reports for commercial purposes.
You are permitted to take screenshots or print your personal "Cosmic Card" and "Chapters of Life" solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
